AUDIO SCRIPT

A few years ago, Emma often suffered from tiredness and lacked energy. She spent most of her free time sitting at home, and her laziness stopped her from trying new activities. As a result, she was unhappy with her health and had very little confidence.

One day, Emma decided that she wanted to improve her fitness. She started by walking for thirty minutes every day and gradually added more exercise to her routine. Although the beginning was difficult, she noticed a big difference in her energy levels after only a few weeks.

As the months passed, Emma's health continued to improve. She felt a growing sense of excitement whenever she reached a new goal. Eventually, she completed a local marathon, which she considers her greatest achievement.

Emma says that exercise brought more happiness into her life and helped her believe in herself. She also volunteers with a local organisation that supports people with deafness, helping them take part in community sports activities.

Today, Emma is healthier, more confident, and grateful for the positive changes she has made.
