SHORT ARTICLE

Last month, my brother injured his ankle while playing football. At first, he thought it was not serious, but later he had to visit the hospital because he couldn’t walk properly. The doctor told him he needed to rest and avoid sport for several weeks. He also had to do breathing exercises because he became anxious easily after the accident. During recovery, he spent most of the day at home, and sometimes he would yawn constantly because he felt bored. Fortunately, he slowly began to recover, and now he doesn’t have to use crutches anymore.
