SHORT ARTICLE
These days, many people spend too much time online and don’t relax properly. Experts say people should reduce their screen time and spend some time away from digital devices. If someone feels stressed or anxious, they ought to speak to a friend or family member. People also shouldn’t stay awake using smartphones late at night because poor sleep can affect their mood and ability to concentrate. If you need help, you can ask anyone you trust for advice or go somewhere peaceful to relax.
Read the article twice. Focus on the advice expressions.
