SHORT ARTICLE

This month has been extremely busy for my family. Everyone has worked long hours, and we have had no time to relax properly. My parents have travelled everywhere for work meetings, and my brother has spent every moment studying for exams. I have tried to organise everything at home, but it hasn’t been easy. Last weekend, we wanted to go somewhere special together, but we found nowhere quiet because the city was full of tourists. Even so, everyone has tried to stay positive, and no one has complained too much.

Read the article twice. Focus on the structure of the present perfect.
