SHORT ARTICLE
My favourite restaurant is a place that serves traditional local food. The chef, who trained in several countries, creates dishes that are both simple and delicious. One of the meals which attracts the most customers is a chicken dish that is roasted with vegetables. They also serve fish that is grilled and soups which are prepared using fresh ingredients. The kitchen, where all the food is made, is visible to customers. Every dish that leaves the kitchen is checked carefully to make sure it tastes perfect. It is the type of restaurant that people recommend to all their friends.
