Each candidate gets one picture and describes it alone for about 1 minute.
Candidate A – Picture

Task:
“Here is your photograph. Please tell me what you can see in the picture.”
⏱️ Time: 1 minute each
💬 Part 3 – Collaborative Task (Discourse)
Here is your prompt and a situation to talk about.
🖼️ Topic: Choosing the best type of holiday
People want to go on a holiday together. Here are some ideas:
Go sightseeing in a city
Spend time at the beach
Go camping in the mountains
Visit another country
Stay in a countryside hotel
Go on a cultural tour or museum trip
Task:
Talk about which holidays would be the most enjoyable or interesting, and decide which one would be the best choice for the group.
⏱️ Time:
First phase: 1:30 minutes of talking time (discussion)
Second phase: 30 seconds to come to a conclusion (decision)
Important note*
In the actual exam, you will be given a visual prompt (a paper with pictures), and you will have about 3 minutes to speak with your partner in the first phase, and then 1 minute to come to a conclusion in the second phase.
