VOCABULARY – EXPERIENCE & FEELINGS
• relieved – happy because something difficult or worrying has ended
Example: I felt relieved when the exam was finally over.
• strong-willed – determined and not easily influenced
Example: She is very strong-willed and always follows her decisions.
• sympathetic – kind and understanding towards someone's problems
Example: My teacher was very sympathetic when I explained my situation.
• tense – nervous, worried, or unable to relax
Example: Everyone felt tense before the announcement.
• terrified – extremely frightened
Example: I was terrified when I heard the noise outside.
• thrilled – extremely excited and happy
Example: He was thrilled to hear that he had won.
• understanding – willing to accept and understand someone's feelings or situation
Example: She is very understanding when people make mistakes.

Present Perfect Simple
Use it for completed actions or experiences connected to the present.

Present Perfect Continuous
Use it for actions or situations that have been continuing over a period of time.
• I have been feeling tense all morning.
• She has been working on the project for three hours.
• They have been waiting since 8 o'clock.
COMPARE
• I have read three books this month.
→ Focus on the completed result.
• I have been reading all morning.
→ Focus on the activity or duration.
• He has talked to three people today.
→ Completed actions.
• He has been talking to his manager for an hour.
→ Activity and duration.
DIALOGUE – BEFORE THE RESULTS
Anna: You look tense. Are you okay?
Mark: I've been waiting for my exam results all morning.
Anna: Have you received them yet?
Mark: Yes! I've just received an email.
Anna: What does it say?
Mark: I've passed!
Anna: You must be thrilled.
Mark: I am. I've been worrying about this for weeks, so I feel incredibly relieved now.

SHORT ARTICLE
I've been feeling unusually tense this week because I've been waiting for some important news. I've worked extremely hard over the last few months, and I've been preparing for this moment for a long time. Yesterday, I finally received the results.
I have passed the exam, and I am absolutely thrilled. I have been worrying about the result for weeks, so I feel incredibly relieved now. My family has been very sympathetic and understanding throughout the process. My mother, who is extremely strong-willed, kept telling me not to give up.
Looking back, I've learned that difficult experiences can make us stronger.
