Mark: Thanks. I'm quite competitive, so I want to keep improving.

Anna: That's good, as long as you don't become childish when you make mistakes!

Mark: Fair point! I think learning should also be fun. It gives me a lot of excitement.

SHORT ARTICLE

Learning a new skill can be a major achievement, especially when progress is slow at first. It requires confidence, motivation, and regular practice. Some people are naturally competitive, while others are more relaxed about improvement.

Being physically energetic can also help people stay motivated. Regular exercise improves fitness and can increase feelings of happiness. On the other hand, laziness and tiredness can make it difficult to maintain good habits.

The important thing is to set achievable goals. When a goal is realistic and accessible, making progress becomes easier. Each small success can create excitement and encourage you to continue.

Read the article twice.
